Yes. Our management software allows you the ability to enter your banking information for direct payment. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is collected through our tenant portal. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
At Pelican Property Management Services we charge 1 month's rent as a deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start managing your property as soon as all agreements are signed and you are under no obligation of another property management company. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We do! With the complexities of the handling of security deposits we hold it in a trust account that is compliant with all the rules and regulations of real estate rental deposits.
